Situated just over 2000 meters high, just within reach of the clouds, Tonglen farm lends itself to some brilliant trail running. Besides the elevation, the farm is safe from the worries of the outside world.
With many trails available at different distances, we cater for your beginner walker to your avid hiker who wants to spend 6 hours out exploring our biome on the mountain. Waterfalls & gorges galore, this is the space for the adventurer.
Our resident guide has identified over 40 different indigenous plant species this year alone on the mountain. For botanists and flower/plant enthusiasts, Tonglen unleashes your flower power.
Located atop the ginormous mountain, the visits from a wide variety of birds will keep you busy all day. Our resident Fish Eagles will keep you gasping for more to discover in the far reaches of our gorges.
